As someone who is always behind the camera, I can appreciate the awkwardness and fear of being in front of the camera. It's a whole new world! My goal is to make you as comfortable as possible using a lifestyle approach with a touch of emotive. This approach helps to melt the stress away because honestly, you can't do anything wrong.

My Fresh 48 and Newborn sessions are designed to capture the bond between you and your new baby. You've been through a lot this past day or week, I've been there and I get it. So baby is who I'll focus on mainly. Little things will be captured, such as tiny baby feet, but other things as well. You will be involved but don't worry, I can capture quite a bit in a short period of time. Snuggling, finger holding, talking, and other easy prompts are used.

For these sessions we'll be in the hospital room or your home for warmth, convenience, and as a part of your story. Don't worry about a messy house as there will be no judgements from me and if needed, I can assist in moving something or clearing the background. The background will most likely be blurred and I like to get in nice and close on my shots anyway.

Fresh 48 sessions must be done within two days of birth, newborn sessions should be done within ten days. We can do sessions after that period of time as I use the Lifestyle approach but your newborn will change so fast in everything so to capture the newborn stage, within ten days is best.
